Role & responsibilities Resource will play a key role as a Oracle cloud HCM functional consultant with expertise in talent management modules such as Goals, Performance, PMD, learning, Recruitment He will interact with the end users regularly to understand/resolve their HCM related issues. Work with the team on HCM related enhancements in the near future. Basic knowledge of OTBI reports Great communication and analytical skills. Preferred candidate profile Over all 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. Need a consultant who is functionally adept in Talent Management modules specifically Goal and Performance Management. Need to have experience of at least 2 talent management implementation and support. Comfortable with configurations in performance and goal management. Need to have basic configuration knowledge of Recruit and Learn Modules. Need to have some basic OTBI reporting experience.
