We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our staffing agency telecom hiring team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding junior-level field staff and tower maintenance personnel for a leading client in the telecom infrastructure and hardware sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of blue/grey-collar hiring, and a sense of urgency to meet aggressive hiring targets. 13 years of experience in bulk or field recruitment, preferably in telecom, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
