As the Manager - Recruitment, you will spearhead recruitment strategies, ensure operational excellence, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to deliver exceptional hiring results. At NIBAV and Elite Elevators, youll thrive in an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence What Youll Do Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to maintain a balanced sourcing mix and reduce dependency on consultants. Drive team talent acquisition performance by ensuring a high percentage of roles closed within the agreed TAT and improving the team’s final selects-to-offer ratio. Ensure smooth and efficient offer-to-onboarding transitions with minimal delays. Monitor and enhance the accuracy and completeness of candidate documentation to ensure compliance. Reduce offer drop rates across the team by improving candidate engagement strategies. Oversee onboarding and retention efforts, ensuring a high number of successful deployments and retaining new hires beyond 90 days. Collaborate with department heads and enhance stakeholder satisfaction scores by addressing feedback and optimizing hiring processes. Maintain and improve the quality score of recruitment operations and candidate experiences. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering star performers and managing the performance improvement process (PIP) for underperformers. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in recruitment data reporting and dashboard updates for strategic decision-making What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience in leading Sales recruitment operations and managing large talent acquisition teams. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment metrics, and compliance requirements. Proven track record of optimizing hiring processes and reducing offer drop rates. Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing recruitment teams. Excellent organizational and analytical skills to oversee recruitment reporting and dashboards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and satisfaction.
