Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, talent mapping, creative sourcing, candidate experience, interviews, and offer managementfor all functions (corporate, creative, warehouse, tech).
  • Build and execute proactive talent pipelines for high-growth teams, anticipating future needs as we scale.
  • Design and run data-driven recruitment campaignsleveraging social media, networks, employee referrals, and digital tools.
  • Own employer branding: partner with marketing to showcase our culture and attract top talent through careers pages, events, and social media.
  • Champion assessment and selection: design competency-based interview processes, coordinate panel interviews, run assessment days, and standardize scorecards.
  • Streamline onboarding: ensure new hires are set up for success from Day 1, collaborating with HR and business leads to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline quality, DEI) to drive continuous improvement.

HR Partnership (Secondary)

  • Support workforce planning and organizational design in line with current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate on performance management and engagement programs that help teams retain and grow great talent.
  • Assist in shaping HR policies, culture initiatives, and internal communication strategies that reinforce our global, digital DNA.
  • Provide real-time support and solutions for talent-related queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.

HR Operations (Minimal)

  • Ensure accurate compliance, basic HRIS updates, and payroll/attendance in partnership with third-party vendors.

What You Bring:

  • 4–6 years of high-impact recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-growing e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-focused company.
  • Track record of building talent pipelines, closing key hires, and innovating in sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience.
  • Strong analytical and process mindset; comfortable with HR tech (Greythr or similar), recruiting tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Top-tier communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills—you inspire trust and drive alignment across teams.
  • Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial—you run your function like a business.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
