Recruiting Analyst

As a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition, specifically focusing on Talent Identification. With 3 to 5 years of experience and a qualification in any graduation field, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your expertise in Domestic/International Market recruitment will be utilized to assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. To excel in this role, excellent communication skills are a must. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers within Accenture, receiving moderate-level instructions on daily tasks, and detailed instructions on new assignments. Your decisions will have an impact on your work and potentially on the work of others. You will work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope of work.
