Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across Malaysia and other APAC countries.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in APAC recruitment, preferably with a focus on Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local hiring practices and employment norms in Malaysia is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS tools.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to both IT and non-IT hiring.
