Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Integration, System Design & AI Implementation:

• Architect and manage the flow of data across CRM, LMS, ERP, HRMS, and external tools.
• Build scalable data infrastructure using Zoho Analytics, SQL, APIs, and cloud-based tools.
• Leverage

  AI/ML models

  to automate repetitive tasks, forecast trends, flag anomalies, and generate smart alerts.
• Drive adoption of AI across processesexamples include chatbot-based reporting, predictive dashboards, and smart workflow triggers.

Cross-Functional Dashboarding & Decision Support:

• Work with every business unit to design tailored dashboards that match their KPIs and OKRs.
• Build intuitive, visually powerful dashboards for leadership and team-level performance tracking.
• Ensure that every stakeholderfrom Ops to Marketing to Financehas a

  data cockpit

  to make informed decisions daily.

Automation & Data Governance:

• Eliminate repetitive reporting through automation and scheduling.
• Maintain high data integrity, standardization, and security across platforms.
• Introduce alert-based monitoring systems for outlier detection and action triggers.

Business Collaboration & Strategic Insight:

• Be the

  data partner

  to CXOs, enabling deep-dives and instant access to the why behind the what.
• Translate complex data into digestible insights, bridging the gap between data and strategy.
• Present findings in boardrooms and build a data-literate culture in the organization.

Training, Support & Vendor Collaboration:

• Train internal teams on Zoho Analytics and AI/ML dashboards.
• Collaborate with Zohos tech support and external partners for advanced configurations and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or Data Systems roles.
• Prior experience in tech/startup/EdTech/healthcare preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

• Data Analytics Tools

  : Zoho Analytics (mandatory), Power BI/Tableau (plus).

• Programming/Automation

  : SQL, Python (preferred), ETL tools, API-based automation.

• AI/ML Understanding

  : Familiarity with AI use cases in business (forecasting, clustering, classification).

• System Integration

  : ERP/CRM/LMS/API connections; ability to merge data across sources.

• Soft Skills

  : Strong business acumen, clarity in communication, a proactive problem-solver
