As an ESM, you will be responsible for directing the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of 11:11 Systems solutions. Your role will also include providing strategic business and technology support to customers, offering guidance across their production and recovery environments. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding the customers" current and future business goals, challenges, and IT investments. You will then provide technical and strategic direction, ensuring the implementation of solutions aligns with industry and company best practices. As the main point of contact for technology solutions, you will coordinate resources globally to optimize customer and company value. In addition to relationship development with key stakeholders, you will oversee effective governance practices and procedures. This includes managing various aspects such as change, incident, request, event, problem, and vendor management.
