Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking ServiceNow Developers with strong integration experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is hands-on and includes development as well as stakeholder management for high-impact enterprise integrations. Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including catalog items, record producers, flow designers, client scripts, business rules, and ACLs. Work extensively on ITSM modules like Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB. Handle integrations with third-party systems like Azure AD , CyberArk , and Zabbix or other monitoring tools. Create and manage portals, UI policies, service catalog workflows. Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners for end-to-end integration delivery. Preferred Candidate Profile: 49 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development . Mandatory experience in at least one integration : Azure AD / CyberArk / Zabbix or similar. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, and scripting. Good communication skills and ability to interface with stakeholders. For Lead roles: 7–9 years exp + deep portal & request management knowledge For Developer roles: 4–6 years exp + strong ITSM & CMDB hands-on
