What You Will Do

Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism

Manage incoming calls, messages, and front-desk correspondence

Oversee the presentation and upkeep of the reception area and meeting rooms

Coordinate appointments, visitor scheduling, and internal communication

Support daily office functions with accuracy, confidentiality, and composure

What You Bring

A graduate degree in Business, Hospitality, or any discipline that values structure and finesse

Articulate communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor

Familiarity with MS Office and confidence in digital communication tools

A deep sense of responsibility, discretion, and readiness to learn
