Job Title: Receptionist Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Company: Swastik Multi Trade Pvt. Ltd. Department: Front Office Industry: Real Estate Experience Required: 1–2 years (real estate background preferred) Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 am - 6:00 pm), Saturday (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) Salary: up to 15k Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a professional and positive attitude. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing calls, and taking messages. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and customer visits with concerned departments. Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and presentability at all times. Handle basic customer inquiries related to property projects or direct them to the appropriate department. Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to arrange refreshments for visitors. Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as required. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Assist the admin or HR department Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable appearance. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus. Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
