Job Description

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Register patients, verify and update personal and insurance information. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed. Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate departments. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, visiting hours, and procedures. Manage the waiting area, ensuring cleanliness and order. Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and interactions in accordance with HIPAA or local regulations. Handle billing inquiries and direct patients to the billing department when required. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Manage courier deliveries, documentation, and record-keeping tasks as required.
