Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivable operations. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role within a bank or financial institution.
