We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. Proven experience in branch relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in used car finance, is required. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures is necessary.
