As a Senior Node.js Developer with 4+ years of experience in backend development, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services utilizing Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks. Your expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and real-time applications will be essential in crafting secure and scalable gaming/casino platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop RESTful & WebSocket APIs for real-time gaming/casino applications. - Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability. - Implement caching strategies and database optimizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless deployment. - Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards. - Mentor junior developers and engage in code reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Express.js, and optionally NestJS. - Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time applications. - Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of JWT, OAuth, and security best practices. - Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and message brokers. - Prior exposure to gaming, casino, or betting platforms is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
