Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with potential clients.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their requirements. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • 45 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team. Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
