Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Danapur, Patna Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month Incentives: ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000+ Per Month (Performance-Based) Travel Allowance: ₹100/Day (Extra) Job Summary: As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients. Your primary goal is to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing potential leads. Key Responsibilities: Generate Leads Through Calls, And Digital Outreach. Social Media Sell Residential and Commercial Properties. Conduct Client Meetings and Property Site Visits. Build and maintain strong Client Relationships. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets.
