Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Redux, NextJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. Ensure high-quality code by following best practices in coding standards and testing methodologies. Participate in code reviews to improve overall quality of the application. Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, security, or functionality. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience working on full-stack development projects with expertise in ReactJS (minimum 3 years). Strong understanding of Redux for state management and handling side effects. Proficiency in NextJS for server-side rendering and static site generation. Experience with JavaScript ES6+ syntax, TypeScript/JavaScript programming languages. Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3/SASS/SCSS for frontend development.
