You will be responsible for developing safe and efficient structural solutions, conducting design analysis, and preparing calculations. It will be your responsibility to check all design output, coordinate with other disciplines, review designs, and ensure timely delivery as per the agreed program. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in International projects related to the design and analysis of structural designs of buildings and related structures. You should have expertise in RCC, PT, and Structural Steel design, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure timely project deliverables. Proficiency in working on Bids and Proposals, estimating manhours, and familiarity with dashboard presentations, particularly with power BI, is essential. You should also be well-versed in various structural framing systems, dynamic analysis of Highrise buildings following International codes, and the use of design software such as Etabs, SAFE, Ram Concept, Robot, STAAD, RAPT, and similar tools. Experience with Revit Structure is highly regarded due to Mott MacDonald's leadership in BIM adoption. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in International projects focusing on the design and analysis of structural designs for buildings and related structures is essential, with roles of increasing responsibility and project complexity. The candidate must possess the ability to manage a team and ensure timely deliverables on projects.
