Job Profile: Senior Civil/Structural Engineer (Railway Ballastless Track Work) Position Title: Senior Manager/Business Development Railway Ballastless Track Work Location: Lucknow, U.P., India Reports To: General Manager (GM) Job Type: Full-time Salary: CTC 12 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs per annum Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead our railway ballastless track projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design and construction activities while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preliminary site inspections (reconnaissance). - Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure project alignment. - Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. - Lead and manage the design and execution of railway ballastless track projects. - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support effective project planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including surveyors, designers, and labor contractors. - Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders. - Oversee construction activities, providing guidance and resolving engineering challenges. - Efficiently manage project schedules and resources to meet project goals. - Business Development Responsibilities: - Conduct site visits to identify potential project opportunities. - Prepare billing documentation related to project activities. - Manage running account bills to ensure timely and accurate billing. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; a Masters degree is preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway engineering, with a focus on ballastless track systems. - Strong knowledge of railway design standards, project management principles, and construction practices. - Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD) and project management tools.
