Coordinator Executive – Roles & Responsibilities at Ezewok

The Coordinator Executive will play a crucial role in managing operations and ensuring smooth communication between centres and radiologists. Key responsibilities include:

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily operations and ensure timely workflow between centres and radiologists.
Manage case assignments, follow-ups, and report deliveries.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Communication & Coordination

Act as the primary bridge between diagnostic centres and radiologists.
Ensure clear and professional communication between all stakeholders.Maintain strong English-speaking communication skills for effective coordination.

3. Problem-Solving & Decision Making

Address and resolve queries from both centres and radiologists.
Handle urgent cases and make quick, effective decisions to streamline workflow.Stay calm under pressure and manage crisis situations efficiently.

4. Technical & Radiology Knowledge

Preferred radiology technician with knowledge of imaging processes.
Understand medical terminology, imaging protocols, and report structuring.Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to imaging and data.

5. Data & Excel Management

Maintain records of cases, assignments, and reports.
Use Excel for tracking, data management, and reporting.Analyze trends to improve operational efficiency.

6. Multitasking & Flexibility

Handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
Adapt to different shifts, urgent cases, and workflow changes.Be proactive in managing responsibilities without constant supervision.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
