Purpose : Final Assembly line for Falcon Business Jet. Role & responsibilities: Instal all electrical and radio navigation equipments Make alterations of wiring installation Install all type of pipes on the plane respecting the installing rules Install and plug electrical equipments: Note the part numbers and Serial numbers down Plug all the equipments Plate equipments and measure of plating with an ohmmeter Technical skills: Connect and plug all the equipements Assure the plating of equipments Note all the traceability and control data down Remove and reinstall the broken down equipments Fill in and sign the production documentations All type of pipes and coupling knowledge Aeronautic materials knowledge Use the production management computing tools Apply the process description document Fill in and sign all the production documentation Candidate Requirement : Mandatory Qualification : Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Technical Certificate in Aeronautics - Grade 12 Certification Measure of plating/ Certification wiring installation/ Certification pipe installer/ certication connecting/ rodes installer. Technical English
