Role & responsibilities 1 Develop coagulant formulations for specific water treatment applications in India. e,g sugarmill, textile etc., 2 Propose new product ideas to enhance the Water Treatment business segment 3 Execute experiments in the Lab and Pilot plant for WT products, analyse product from competitor 4 Record Lab experiments in eLN with observations. 5 Perform the analysis of raw materials, In-process samples and finished product samples and maintain the records. 6 Conduct research in aluminium chemistry specific to water treatment solutions 7 Collaborate with sales teams to support client needs and technical queries. 8 Maintain safety, 5S, hygiene and GLP standard in the lab 9 Assist sales for plant trial & jar testing Preferred candidate profile MSC (Chemistry or equivalnt) with 4 plus years of experince in Develop scalable, safe, and cost-effective products or blends for WT business
