The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering technical expertise, training, and support for our cutting-edge laser and machine tool solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct machine operations training, feasibility studies, and time studies. Install, train, and troubleshoot software applications for machines. Provide customized solutions for customer applications. Support R&D trials and prepare machines for demos. Assist with presales application support for the sales team. Offer on-site technical assistance and customer support. Required Skills: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the capital goods industry, preferably with machine tools or laser cutting machines. Good knowledge of CAD/CAM software. Strong MS Office, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, disciplined, and a good listener.
