Who You Are ✅ Required Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud or Infrastructure Operations. Strong understanding of AWS and Azure environments; exposure to private cloud setups (e.g. VMware, OpenStack) is a plus. Experience with scripting/automation tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, etc.). Ability to handle incident triage and system troubleshooting effectively. As a Senior Support Consultant at Quorum Software, you will be responsible for the triage of customer reported issues, identifying, documenting, and providing configuration recommendations for software defects within SLA timelines. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to offer detailed problem descriptions of customer incidents. Additionally, you will participate in the configuration, enhancement, and testing phases associated with software changes, as well as implement and support master data management solutions. Ensuring a positive customer experience by driving timely first response, customer updates, and support resolutions will be a key part of your role. Moreover, you will be responsible for documenting assigned incidents, including internal and external communications, and curating resolved customer issues into a knowledge base system to enable customers to self-serve. Responding to and resolving client incidents via various communication channels with end-to-end responsibility, working effectively with global cross-functional teams, and providing periodic after-hours on-call support for critical issues are also part of your responsibilities.
