Quickbook Accountant

You are a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Accountant who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial records of the company using QuickBooks. Your strong background in accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks, and ability to handle day-to-day financial operations with accuracy and efficiency are essential for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include managing all financial transactions using QuickBooks software, maintaining the general ledger, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconciling bank and credit card accounts regularly, generating and reviewing financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, ensuring financial data compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking initiatives, assisting in year-end closing and audit preparation, and maintaining organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in any stream, a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
