To handling the quality issues of CRGO Lam & Core assembly for Export customers. Report to the management about the quality issues of export customers. Handling Export customer complaints & initiate corrective & preventive actions, and timely submission of Action report to customer. Analyse & keep a track of rejection material along with the COPQ Ensure that product in process is as per issued drawing & standard documents of quality To take initiatives for improving productivity of machine & Reduce Defects/Rejection To Maintain the equipment's calibration Quality Inspection , Dispatch & team handling and communicate /meet regular basis with related department to track and address the issues during process To ensure Daily work management & Shop Floor QC/PP Active Responsible to get done Testing & customer inspection in successive mode as per the customers MQP Interacting with Export customers ; addressing their queries & ensure their satisfaction I n-process Quality Inspection and controlled the lapses Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
