2. To report to Medical Superintendent & Unit Head on day to day basis and attend huddle meetings
3. To ensure the quality department plan is executed as per the calendar
4. To take reporting from the team and daily reports are circulated among the designated members
5. Prepare monthly MIS & department achievements
6. To execute Induction & other trainings as per the year schedule
7. To conduct IQA & SATK, perform Standard wise gap analysis and ensure CAPA is implemented
8. To review incidents reporting process and ensure verification of CAPA
9. To conduct committee performance report once in half year and ensure standard requirements are met
10. Perform validation audits on quality indicators data collected from every dept., and document the evidences
11. To be a part of feedback review meetings
12. To regularly take a round of the hospital & maintain audit outcome records
13. Ensure document control is appropriately followed and coordinate for printing activities
14. Responsible for conducting Quality Core committee & Medical Audit committee
15. To ensure all the clinical departments perform Clinical Audits & in other departments quality improvements projects are identified and executed.
16. To educate all the departments at all levels about the quality assurance programme
17. To analyse the training needs of the team members and train them
18. To analyse training needs of quality champions and plan, execute trainings accordingly
19. To update ones of with recent advances in health related quality assurance & accreditation and communicate relevant requirements to hospital authorities
