Job Description

Job Responsibility :- Planning of analysis and work allotment to QC assistant Monitoring analysis of Raw materials In process Samples, Intermediates, Finished products and dispatch materials basing on priority Documentation and Control of ISO 9001:2015 Implementation Internal quality auditor for ISO 9001:2015. Maintaining NABL accredited calibration Laboratory as per ISO IEC 17025: 2015 Supervise day to day calibration & Inspection activities of the laboratory Managing the internal audit program & conducting management reviews Perform inspection & testing in accordance with the quality plans & documented procedures Ensure complete implementation of system for raw materials, in process and final inspection Handling of Third Party Inspection and resolve all related queries Suggest improvements in production process for enhancing quality of manufactured products Ensuring quality products to all customers Maintain & ensure calibration of inspection, measuring & test equipments as per calibration schedule Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of Products consistent with established standards ,
