Quality Control/Assurance Manager- Indore

As a Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control activities in the perfumery or pharmaceutical industry. Your role will be based in Indore and will involve ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, conducting quality audits, and implementing effective quality management systems. It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 years of prior work experience in the Perfume industry, with a track record of managing a team of 8-10 lab and R&D personnel. A mandatory requirement is experience with GC-MS, proficiency in English and Hindi communication, and a stable work history. Candidates with a background in Indore MNC Pharma companies are preferred. Your qualifications should include expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, knowledge of Quality Management and GMP, experience in Quality Auditing, strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in Indore. A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Perfumery, or a related field would be advantageous.
