About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic QA exposure to gain hands-on experience in manual and automated testing while contributing to the development of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand feature requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing across different platforms, devices, and browsers.
• Report bugs and issues clearly using tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Work closely with developers to replicate and debug issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation.
• Learn and gradually assist in writing automated test scripts (optional).

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of software testing life cycle and bug life cycle.
• Familiarity with testing techniques and types (functional, regression, smoke testing, etc.).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with tools like Postman, Excel, or Google Sheets for test case documentation.
• Some exposure to web/mobile applications testing (academic or internship).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, browser dev tools, or API testing is a plus.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of automated testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experience working on Git or version control systems.
• Ability to write or understand simple test scripts (in Python, JavaScript, or Java).

Education:

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
