Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

You are an experienced Automation QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automated web application testing using Selenium with Java. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable, maintainable automated test frameworks using Selenium and Java, writing clean and efficient test scripts for functional and regression testing, collaborating with developers, product managers, and manual testers, reviewing system specifications, conducting root cause analysis of test failures, participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and maintaining documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing of web applications, strong programming skills in Java, deep hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle, experience with version control systems like Git, familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
