Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear, accurate, and proactive support to meet business objectives. Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Life Sciences. Experience: Minimum [5-8+] years of experience in clinical research in BPO / KPO with at least [2-4+] years in a leadership or management role.
