Designation : Quality Analyst ( BPO) Experience : 2 to 5 yr Salary : Based on the Experience Location : Ambattur Key Responsibilities : Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to assess the quality of service provided by callcenter agents . Develop and maintain qua lity assessment criteria and standards in alignment with company policies and customer expectations. Provide constructive feedback and coach ing to agents based on eva luation results,fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.
