Quality Analyst

As a QA at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products through testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with software developers and various teams to understand features, technical implementations, and customer usage models. Your responsibilities will include identifying business requirements, monitoring applications, and conducting various tests to ensure software quality. You will be responsible for running stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing. Additionally, you will write and execute test scripts, both manually and through automation, in different environments such as web and mobile. Your role will involve writing bug reports, reviewing documentation, and providing quality assurance to drive the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in testing and/or development roles within a product development organization. Knowledge of Agile Software Development cycle, QA methodology, and tools is essential. Experience in Java, Perl, Python, JavaScript, and user-level automation will be beneficial in performing your duties effectively. Apart from technical skills, soft skills are equally important. Strong communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate across different teams and management levels are key attributes we are looking for.
