QC Executive

Mandatory – HSC or 10 + 2 Pattern in Science, with Diploma from CIPET- Quality norms

Preferred

- Knowledge of the Online QC procedures and systems.

- Knowledge of Plastics and Plastics processing.

- Computer skills is added Advantage.

Checking of Incoming Raw Materials, Job work and Packing Materials using various relevant Standards.

Ensure the Product Quality during in-process, Printing, packaging and Dispatch in Each Shifts.

Maintenance of all the data and documents related to the Quality Department. Maintenance & House Keeping of QC Laboratory as well as all the Equipment.

Implementation of Quality Systems and norms from Time to Time.

Conduct the In-house Trials of the New Master batch, Raw Material and Compatibility testing.

Training of the Machine Operator for the QC Checks

Attending to the Customer Complaint and Resolving the Quality Related Complains.
