You are currently seeking full-time Salesforce.com Consultants with 2-3 years of experience to join your team in Mumbai. As a Salesforce.com consultant, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement customer-facing solutions on the force.com platform. This includes understanding project requirements, solutioning, designing the application, and potentially managing or training other team members. Your technical expertise should include prior experience with Salesforce.com configuration, such as creating custom objects, fields, apps, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes, analytics, and security models. Additionally, you should have experience and knowledge of relational databases, familiarity with tools like Apex Data Loader and Eclipse, and an understanding of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment. Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment is essential, as well as the ability to work with test scripts and conduct user testing. A Salesforce.com admin certification would be preferred. Ideal candidates for this role should hold a degree in BE / BCA / BTech (CS, IT) or MCA (preferred) and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Admin.
