Qa Automation Testing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic testing team. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, experience with AI-powered testing tools, and a deep understanding of various testing methodologies within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python
• Create robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing
• Maintain and enhance existing automation test suites
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results
• Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) tools like Cucumber or Behave
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)

AI Tools Integration

• Utilize AI-powered testing tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency
• Implement intelligent test case generation and maintenance using AI/ML techniques
• Leverage AI tools for test data generation, visual testing, and anomaly detection
• Stay updated with emerging AI testing technologies and evaluate their applicability

Quality Assurance

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar
• Execute manual testing when required for complex scenarios
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

Agile Collaboration

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Provide testing estimates and commit to sprint deliverables
• Ensure testing activities align with sprint goals and timelines

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience

  in QA automation testing

• Strong Python programming skills

  with experience in test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, or similar
• Experience with

  AI-powered testing tools

• Hands-on experience with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

Technical Skills

• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of database testing and SQL queries
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
