Python Developer - AI/ML

Role & responsibilities

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM-based solutions for various business use cases.
  
• Work on LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).
  
• Build, evaluate, and maintain NLP models for text classification, summarization, Q&A, semantic search, etc.
  
• Design scalable and efficient APIs and backend systems in Python for AI-powered applications.
  
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver AI features end-to-end.
  
• Implement MLOps best practices for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  
• Stay updated with the latest in GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and open-source models.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong programming in

  Python

  (NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI/Flask).
• Proficient in ML frameworks:

  Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  transformers/LLMs

  using

  Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI API

  .
• Knowledge of

  LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, tokenization

  , and

  attention mechanisms

  .
• Familiarity with

  vector databases

  like

  FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate

  .
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of

  data preprocessing, model evaluation

  , and

  performance tuning

  .

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with

  LangChain, LlamaIndex

  , or building RAG pipelines.
• Exposure to

  open-source LLMs

  like Mistral, LLaMA2/3, Falcon, etc.
• Understanding of

  RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)

  .
• Experience integrating LLMs in

  chatbots, virtual assistants

  , or

  enterprise automation

  .
• Knowledge of

  MLOps tools

  : MLflow, Weights & Biases, SageMaker, etc.
