We are seeking a motivated and skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in embedded firmware development, microcontroller programming, and hardware-software integration. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-time embedded systems, low-level programming, and collaborative product development in a fast-paced R&D environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers such as ESP32, STM32, MSP430 , etc. Implement and optimize real-time control algorithms and peripheral drivers (e.g., UART, SPI, IC, PWM, ADC ). Develop multi-threaded applications using RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr) or embedded Linux environments. Collaborate with hardware engineers for system bring-up, debugging, and integration testing. Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and system-level verification of embedded modules. Interface with sensors, actuators, and communication modules using standard protocols (e.g., CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi ). Prepare and maintain technical documentation including firmware architecture, flowcharts, and integration guides. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and real-time constraints in embedded systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering , or related fields. Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems and low-level driver development. Hands-on experience with RTOS or embedded Linux environments. Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures, memory mapping, and interrupt handling . Familiarity with digital/analog interfaces and debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers , etc. Experience working with hardware abstraction layers (HAL) and middleware stacks. Ability to read schematics and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with wireless technologies : BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, Zigbee. Familiarity with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and modern embedded development workflows. Exposure to firmware update protocols (OTA) , bootloaders , and power optimization techniques.

Embedded firmware, hands-on knowledge of C language, hands on coding expertise on NxP microcontrollers, with MCUXpresso IDE and ability to read and understand schematics. Hands on with PWM ,UART, I2C,Timers of Nxp controllers

Strong hands on experience in testing the complete engine control features (Injectors, Fuel Pump, WRAF Sensor, Solenoid) Solid expertise in analysis of PWM Input and Output waveform using power probe, Tektronics Oscilloscope. Good hands on experience in physical fault diagnostics on the Outputs. Should have experience in testing the data latency between HW signal to SW update. Hands on experience in setting the Lauterbach Power probe for manual and automated testing Ability to setup the required bench configuration to perform the waveform analysis. Should have experience to understand the existing python script and updates according to new changes if required. Strong expertise in Python Programming and debugging the python script on the test bench, Solid hands-on experience in OPAL RT Simulator, Intrepid Neofire, Vehicle Spy, Lauterbach T32 on Infineon AURIX TriCore tools usage. Good experience in handling the test equipment's Tektronics Oscilloscope, Arbitrated Functional Generator, Lauterbach Debugger and simulated load. Roles and Responsibilities Validate AUTOSAR software components using various tools such as Davinci Configurator, MCAL, PWM, GPT, WDG, ADC, DIO, PORT, MEMM, SPI, UART, CDD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to AUTOSAR validation. Develop test plans and cases for AUTOSAR modules and integrate them into the overall testing strategy. Conduct thorough analysis of results from tests conducted on AUTOSAR software components. Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for AUTOSAR validation. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in AUTOSAR development or validation with expertise in Embedded C programming language. Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and its application in automotive systems. Proficiency in using various tools like Davinci Configurator, MCAL, PWM, GPT, WDG etc. for validating AUTOSAR software components.

Qualifications: BE/BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Science (2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred). Strong academic understanding of Electronics , Digital Systems , and Embedded Systems . Good knowledge of C programming . Familiarity with microcontrollers , microprocessors , and basic embedded system concepts. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and developing firmware for embedded systems. Write clean and efficient embedded C code under the guidance of senior engineers. Support in debugging and testing of hardware and firmware. Work with development boards, sensors, and peripherals to implement proof-of-concept solutions. Document code and prepare test reports as needed. Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools. Roles and Responsibilities • Must be aware of inward process of incoming raw material/quality clearance/Insurance claim process for receipt of damage consignment with the necessary documents. • Must be aware of Proper storage and preservation/ Identification and traceability of the materials. • Must be aware of rejection and non-conformance material return back to supplier with necessary documents. • Maintaining standards of health, safety and security of the working environment, For example chemical & hazardous materials are stored safely. • Must be aware of material issues process to production/end user against reservation. • Monitoring of shelf life material & must be liquidate before expired. • Must be aware of preparation ageing report to liquidation the on Non-moving inventory through PPC department. • Explore ERP/SAP for material management. • Explore the ISO/EMS/EHS and OHSAS. • Man Management controls. • Must be aware of uses of PPEs. • Must be aware of Safety & 5S implementation of respective work place. • Control on the FIFO to be followed while issuing the material from stores. • Must be aware of inventory control techniques. • Control on the material handling equipment and optimize storage place. • Must be aware of liquidation of valuated scarp & hazardous material as per defined guidelines. • Must be aware of perpetual inventory/stock audit, write-off the inventory stock if any deviation with proper approval. • Preparation of stores MIS report receipt vs issues.
