Job Description

Purchase and Price Tagging of Ornaments and sending the same to the branches will be done by Purchase-in-Charge under the direct supervision of MD. They will be supported by Directors. Tagging Assistants will assist him in price tagging and sending it to the concerned branches. Functions: * MD / Directors will regularly take feedback / requirement from the Branch in charges regarding the market trends and new requirements for the branches. * MD/Directors will decide on what to be purchased and make arrangements for purchase as per the budget and requirement. Made to Order Ornaments also will also be coordinated by them. * Purchase assistant will coordinate all the purchase activities directly under the supervision of MD/Directors. * After receipt of the things, he will verify the bill, weight and quality. After completing everything, after taking approval of the MD/Directors, he will fix prices for the item and make a temperory tagging containing weight, price, etc. * He will hand over the the same to the Tagging Assistants and they will properly tag the items with the help of instruments and software. * They will scan the serial number and other details and send the same to the branches concerned as per the instruction after proper stock entry in the software. * Purchase in charge will verify the details before sending the same to the branches.
