Purchase Executive

Primary Role and Responsibilities: Purchase Order Management: Initiate, review, and process purchase orders for domestic and export procurement. Vendor Coordination: Interact with existing vendors and assist in onboarding new suppliers to meet product and service requirements. Negotiation Support: Support negotiations for pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, especially for routine and bulk product purchases. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in line with company policies and applicable regulations. Contract Management Assistance: Assist in drafting and reviewing terms and conditions in contracts, particularly for frequently sourced products. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and generate daily, monthly, and quarterly procurement reports. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Help track supplier performance metrics related to quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Internal Coordination: Work closely with logistics, accounts, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth procurement operations. Experience and Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Supply Chain Management or Operations. 1–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing (internships can be considered). Understanding of supply chain principles and procurement cycles. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems is preferred.
