Requirements:

● Education: Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational/ Clinica Psychology (Above

70%) (Industrial-Organizational preferred)

● Educational Cutoff: 70% - 10th and 12th (Mathematics in class 12th preferable)

● Experience: Fresher

● Keen interest in Psychological Research

● Knowledge of Foundational Concepts in Psychometrics, Psychology, Psychological Research

● Knowledge of Industry Trends (Preferable)

● Tools Proficiency: MS Office (SPSS preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

● Psychometric Research: Undertake Primary and Secondary Research for developing new Constructs and Psychometric Tools as per the requirement.

● Data Collection and Analysis Assistance: Obtaining data from different sources and conducting data analysis to establish the Reliability and Validity of the developed Psychometric Tools.

● Content Development: Researching and developing the content for test reports and related documents for Internal and External purposes.

● Translation Activities: Translating the training and test related content in various languages as per personal proficiency levels.

● Market Research: Conducting Market Research to stay updated and understand the Psychometric Market Trends.

● Other miscellaneous activities as assigned after training.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
