As a SailPoint IIQ Architect, your primary responsibility will be to gather application onboarding requirements from stakeholders and analyze them to define the scope of work. You will design workflows, access policies, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes in SailPoint IIQ, configuring it to support application onboarding effectively. Your role will involve end-to-end design of workflows for various user events, customization of attribute sync, and managing policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing of SailPoint IIQ configurations, collaborating with QA teams, and coordinating with operations teams for smooth deployment. Furthermore, you will be involved in the successful pursuit of potential SailPoint clients by contributing to the RFP response team. Your role will also include creating technical documentation, providing training and support on SailPoint IIQ functionality to end-users and application owners, and collaborating with business analysts and development teams for technical specifications. It is essential to ensure that the gathered requirements align with the organization's IAM strategy. To excel in this role, you should have 10+ years of Total IAM experience with at least 4 years of experience as a SailPoint IIQ Architect focusing on application onboarding. Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and its components, along with a deep understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and industry standards, is required. You should possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Having hands-on experience in web services, XML, SOAP, and JMS, as well as custom connector development experience, will be beneficial. Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SQL is essential. Any relevant certifications, particularly SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect, would be preferred for this role.
