Ensuring purchase orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with suppliers, engineering, and product development teams. Resolving discrepancies related to purchase orders and payments. Identifying potential cost-saving measures and process improvements. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers. Required Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with suppliers. Proficiency in procurement software and systems to manage purchase orders and inventory efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills to handle order, payment, and delivery issues. Analytical expertise to assess purchasing data and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
