Identify areas of conflict between system requirements and designed schemes, and recommend corrective action in compliance with customer specifications. Create/modify documents and drawings, including single-lines, three-lines, and wiring diagrams for power system. Review engineering diagrams and equipment ratings. The SK318 Development Project encompasses the development of the Rosmari and Marjoram gas field situated at SK318 PSC Block in Sarawak Water. Your role will involve supporting the projects Lead Commissioning Engineer (LCE) in overseeing the Electrical discipline CSU team within the OGP project. This entails managing pre-commissioning, commissioning activities, and initial startup/performance testing of newly constructed facilities for the Onshore Gas Plant (OGP). You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating handovers of Electrical commissioned systems to the Completion team, and meeting the agreed Acceptance Criteria. Your principal accountabilities will include providing leadership and guidance to the CSU Electrical discipline commissioning site team, leading pre-commissioning and commissioning of various electrical systems, ensuring testing of electrical equipment as per requirements, managing spare parts, overseeing testing progress, and handling punch lists/outstanding works. Additionally, you will be involved in updating as-built drawings, participating in equipment factory acceptance tests, attending various workshops and meetings, supporting Start-up on Paper (SUOP) preparation, and more. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or a related field, possess relevant experience in Oil & Gas facilities/plants, and be familiar with CSU Project Standard and Guide. It is required to have the Electrical chargeman L1 qualification, IECEx Competence certification, experience in commissioning electrical systems, knowledge of transformer, protection relay/switchgear, HVAC system, and more. Experience in using Completion Management System (CMS) is an added advantage. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multi-disciplinary relationships are essential for this position. This role involves working in an onshore environment with a tight project schedule, collaborating with contractors, vendors, and ensuring a flawless startup of the newly constructed facilities.,

Role & responsibilities Switchyard Electrical Erection: Execute the installation and alignment of switchyard equipment, including power and distribution transformers, insulators, isolators, CTs, PTs, GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear), and circuit breakers. Supervise erection of electrical equipment in 400kV and 220kV switchyards, ensuring adherence to project plans and technical specifications. Erection of power and distribution transformers, insulators, isolators, CTs (Current Transformers), and PTs (Potential Transformers). 2. Relay, Testing, and Commissioning: Relay protection, Auto re-closer, and SCADA system integration for high-voltage systems. Troubleshooting of all electrical circuits, controls, and protection circuits. Conduct testing and commissioning of HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) motors, transformers, circuit breakers, CTs, PTs, CVTs, and reactors. Perform interlock, synchronization, and functional checks for GIS bays up to 400kV.
