Job Description: Azure DevOps/Infra Developer/Associate We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps/Infra Developer/Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Azure infrastructure, ensuring robust role-based access control (RBAC), and implementing best practices for scalability, monitoring, and cost management. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in Azure services and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on immediate tasks related to infrastructure setup, monitoring, and optimisation. Key Responsibilities: RBAC/User Management: Design and implement robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies. Set up and manage users and groups to ensure secure access to Azure resources. Resource Monitoring: Create dashboards to monitor performance and utilization of different Azure resources. Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and performance. Technical Leadership: Establish and promote best practices for Azure infrastructure and DevOps processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Azure and DevOps-related topics. Logging and Telemetry: Implement centralized logging and telemetry solutions. Set up alerts to proactively monitor for potential issues and resolve them promptly. Scalability and Performance Optimization: Architect and implement scalable solutions to handle increasing workloads. Optimize infrastructure and applications for maximum performance and reliability. Cost Optimization: Analyze resource utilization and recommend cost-saving measures. Ensure cost-efficient deployment and scaling of Azure resources. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including infrastructure setup and management. Proficiency in setting up and managing RBAC , users, and groups within Azure. Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor , Application Insights , and related monitoring tools. Experience in designing and creating custom dashboards for resource monitoring. Familiarity with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Azure DevOps. Expertise in logging and telemetry frameworks, and setting up alerts. Proven ability to design scalable solutions and optimize for performance and cost. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert . Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell , Bash , or Terraform . Experience in cost analysis and budget management for cloud resources. Why Join Us?
