Job Title: Market Scanning Executive Company: Classic Marble Company Experience: 1 to 5 Years Location: Lucknow, Ludhiana Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Job Summary: Classic Marble Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Market Scanning Executive to identify and track active and upcoming potential projects in the market. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing timely, accurate, and actionable market intelligence to help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and scan active, planned, and upcoming projects in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors. Gather intelligence on project stages, key stakeholders (architects, contractors, developers), timelines, and scope. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project database to support sales planning. Liaise with industry sources, publications, and digital platforms to extract relevant project information. Share weekly/monthly updates with the sales team on new leads and market developments. Collaborate with sales executives to prioritize projects and generate business opportunities. Track competitor activities and presence in identified projects. Support strategic market mapping to identify high-potential regions and sectors. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to gather insights. Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in market research, project tracking, or a similar role preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and deliver actionable insights under tight deadlines.
