Job Title- Project Sales Work location- Bhler & Scherler (India) Pvt. Ltd. 3rd Floor, Shilpa Ananya Tech Park, Survery No 8, 8 (P), Second Phase (West), Konappana Agrahara Village, Begur Hobli, Electronic City, Bangalore, India - 560100 Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and secure contracts for electrical projects in food-based industries (Rice, Wheat processing plant, chocolate, coffee, Pulses etc) or similar industrial sectors. Identify and target key potential clients, including contractors, developers, and organizations with large-scale electrical project needs. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries regarding electrical projects, proposals, and solutions. Understand client needs and requirements, offering customized solutions and value propositions for each project. Negotiate project terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Develop new markets Work Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or business development for electrical projects, electrical systems, or related industries. Experience in preparing technical proposals and presentations for electrical projects. Methodological Competency Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to develop a clear understanding of project requirements and scope. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Work Environment This role is an office-based position; however may require site visits and time spent at project locations. Some travel may be required to meet with clients, contractors, and vendors
