We are hiring a Branch Manager Sales for our client, a renowned German multinational in the electrical equipment sector. The role is responsible for driving branch sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the Delhi NCR region. Key Responsibilities: Lead branch operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and profitability. Develop and nurture strong business relationships with contractors, architects, developers, builders, panel builders, consultants, OEMs, and EPC clients. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels. Strengthen market presence and brand visibility across the assigned territory. Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends and opportunities. Required Skills and Competencies: Extensive experience in B2B sales within the electrical equipment or related industry. Proven ability to engage and negotiate with contractors, architects, developers, OEMs, panel builders, and EPC clients. Strong knowledge of LV products, switchgear, MCCB, MCB, DB, ELR, and elevator solutions. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent understanding of the Delhi NCR market and customer base. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Preferred Skills: Exposure to project sales, residential and commercial segments, and managing large-scale customer accounts. Experience in handling trade marketing activities and driving business development initiatives.
